Throughout the summer and into fall, Michelle continues to do voice work twice a week for Voxify of Alameda, CA. Recordings are voice prompts for phone systems for Victoria’s Secret, the Hartford Insurance, and other companies.

Michelle continues to record voice prompts for The Hartford Insurance company’s phone system. Recordings take place at Voxify in Alameda.

Michelle voiced a series of promotional videos for some high end skin care products – Caroline Chu Cosmetics http://www.carolinechu.com/ .  The videos will also be posted on QVC.com. Recordings were done at Stoneman Studios in Redwood City.

The Voice of Victoria’s Secret
Michelle M. Brown is the new voice of Victoria’s Secret automated phone agent. All calls to customer service at 1.800.411.5116 are answered by Michelle’s voice, which leads callers through a series of prompts. The process of recording thousands of prompts took about four months. All recording takes place at Voxify of Alameda.

I had to record everything – numbers, days of the week, male names, female males, surnames, every city, town, village, and street, currency, every product in Victoria’s Secret catalog, it’s size and color. Plus, I had to give everything proper inflection to be dropped into computer-sequenced sentences.

Michelle has also been selected by The Hartford insurance company as the voice of their automated phone agent. Initial recording has been begun and is expected to take until mid-July.

Michelle voiced a series of instructional and promotional flash movies for business networking site Jigsaw.com. Recording was done at Stoneman Studios in Redwood City.

Michelle was selected as the new voice of The Hartford Insurance automated phone system. She will begin recording hundreds of phone prompts as soon as the scripts are ready. Recording is expected to take from May through July at Voxify in Alameda, CA.
